Schoolchildren visit ASOIU on an excursion

On January 30, students from grades 7-8 of Children and Youth Development Center No 2 visited Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) on an excursion. 

During the visit, the students toured the Mineralogy Museum, where they explored a collection of various preserved minerals. The museum’s director, Associate Professor Agamehdi Agayev, provided detailed information about the names, chemical compositions, and locations of mineral deposits. 

Following this, the students visited ASOIU’s History Museum, where they viewed historical exhibits related to the university. They also toured the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Friendship Center, explored lecture halls, and visited the university’s laboratories. 

The excursion concluded with a visit to ASOIU’s Memorial Complex, dedicated to the university’s martyr alumni.
