SOIU Students' Startup Receives High Interest at the 1st Azerbaijan International Investment Forum

On September 23, the "1st Azerbaijan International Investment Forum" was held in Baku.

At the forum, heads of government agencies, international experts, and leaders of major companies discussed measures for agricultural development, the application of innovative solutions and their results, investment opportunities in agribusiness and the food industry, and public-private partnerships.

Within the framework of the forum, local agricultural startups, organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center, showcased their products. This included demonstrations of irrigation network automation, sensor technologies, a unified platform for selling plants produced through biotechnological methods, and software for the smart management of agricultural activities.

The startup project "Healwith" from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) was also presented to the participants and was met with great interest. "Healwith" is a mobile application designed for farmers and plant growers. With the app, users can detect up to 100 common plant diseases at an early stage and receive corresponding treatment recommendations simply by taking a picture.
