ASOIU students represented the university at the "Food Safety Volunteers" initiative group conference

Students specializing in Food Engineering at the Chemical Technology Faculty (CTF) of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) participated in a conference dedicated to volunteers organized by the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AFSA). More than 25 students of ASOIU, as well as teachers, attended the Conference of the “Food Safety Volunteers” initiative group operating under AFSA. It's noteworthy that meetings were arranged by AFSA staff with students from 6 universities regarding recruitment into the “Food Safety Volunteers” initiative group. As a result, the initiative group received over 700 applications for membership. Nearly 100 successful applicants have completed all stages and will now engage as members of the initiative group.
