Cooperation between ASOIU and the YAŞAT Foundation is discussed

On October 28th, the Rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), Professor Mustafa Babanli, met with the head of the "YAŞAT" foundation, a veteran of the Karabakh war Elvin Huseynov.

At the meeting, Rector Mustafa Babanli spoke about the unprecedented significance for our country of the historic victory of the Azerbaijani Army in the 44-day war. He noted that under the leadership of the President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani Army went down in history by liberating the occupied territories. The Rector said that the memory of our heroic sons, who gave their lives for their homeland, will always be highly respected. Their children and family members of veterans will always be dear to the Azerbaijani people. Each of us is obliged to surround them with care and attention.

The head of the YAŞAT Foundation, Elvin Huseynov, highly appreciated the strength of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijani Army, noting the role of the national unity of the Azerbaijani people in achieving a great victory. E. Huseynov said that along with state aid, the entire Azerbaijani people, through the YAŞAT fund, surrounds the families of martyrs and veterans with care and attention. He spoke about the work done since the fund's foundation to support martyr families and treat veterans.

During the meeting, Professor Mustafa Babanli and Elvin Huseynov discussed cooperation between ASOIU and the YAŞAT Foundation. They agreed to implement joint projects to support families of martyrs and disabled veterans of the Patriotic War.
