On September 12, Acting Rector Associate Professor Vazeh Askarov of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) met with the family of martyr graduate Ibrahim Jafarov, emphasizing the university’s efforts to honor its 23 martyr graduates through memorials and named auditoriums.
