Guest professor delivers lecture for ASOIU “Food Engineering” students

At the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), a lecture on the subject Technology of Winemaking and Fermentation Production was organized for undergraduate students majoring in “Food Engineering.”

The class, held on May 6, took place within the framework of the “Guest Professor” project. The lecture was delivered by Associate Professor Huseynaga Asadov, PhD in Biology, and an employee of the Institute of Dendrology of the Ministry of Science and Education.

During the lecture, students were provided with detailed information on the technological foundations of winemaking and fermentation processes, innovations in the field, and modern methods applied in production. Practical examples and current scientific approaches related to the topic were also discussed.
