Training on "First Aid" held at ASOIU
Today, October 31, a training on "First Aid" was
held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), jointly
organized by the AZI Academy, which operates under the Human Resources
Department, and the "Referans Medical Group".
The training was conducted by the professional staff of
"Referans Medical Group" and provided participants with practical
information on rules of conduct during emergencies, vital first aid skills,
artificial respiration and heart massage (CPR), intervention during choking, as
well as taking correct initial measures during bleeding.
Speaking at the event, Anar Seyfullayev, the head of the
"Referans Ambulance" project, gave extensive information about
Azerbaijan's first private Emergency Medical Service. He stated that such
awareness-raising trainings play an important role in forming society's safety
culture.
In the training, held in an interactive format, questions of
interest to participants about first emergency aid were answered and visually
demonstrated.
It should be noted that the main purpose of the training was
to convey the importance of first aid in emergency situations to the
participants, to instill vital knowledge and skills in them, and to teach them
the methods of correct intervention at necessary moments.
